Opening and keeping an account

An account with Skyhills is personal. One player, one account, one identity. You confirm during registration that you are at least 18 years old, that you are acting on your own behalf and not for anyone else, and that the details you provide, name, date of birth, address and payment information, are accurate and current. We reserve the right to ask for documents to confirm any of this at any stage, not only at withdrawal.

Duplicate accounts, accounts opened with false information, or accounts used by someone other than the registered player can be suspended or closed. Any balance connected to a duplicate or fraudulent account may be forfeited under the full terms. If you ever lose access to your account, contact support rather than trying to open a second one.

Bonus terms in practice

• Every bonus has a wagering requirement: a multiple of the bonus amount, sometimes the deposit plus bonus, that must be played through before related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings are usually credited separately from your own cash balance until wagering is complete.
• Certain games contribute more to wagering than others; live tables and some jackpot slots may contribute little or nothing.
• A maximum bet size often applies while a bonus is active. Exceeding it can void the bonus and any winnings from it.
• Bonuses expire after a set period if unused or if wagering is not finished in time.
• Only one active bonus is normally allowed per account at a time unless stated otherwise.

Deposits, withdrawals and processing

Deposits are usually instant across cards, e-wallets and crypto. Withdrawals go through an identity and payment check first, standard across the industry, then a processing step before the funds leave our side. Processing times vary by method: crypto and e-wallets tend to move fastest, card withdrawals can take longer depending on your bank.

Fair play and account limits

All games run on certified random number generation or, for live tables, real dealers streamed in real time. Results are not influenced by account history, deposit size or how long you have played. If a technical fault affects a round, that round is voided rather than settled on faulty data.
